DIY Gingerbread House Cake
Guys. A confession. I hate making gingerbread houses. Every Christmas I dread it. I have also consumed a lot of bad gingerbread in my days. Which is why we have brought back our best selling DIY Gingerbread House CAKE from 2024!! Cake trumps gingerbread (it just does, I don't make the rules) and you can decorate this one as you please on Christmas morning! It's destined to be your best Christmas activity yet.
So what's the deal with this cake I hear you asking! You will receive a cake with it's base coat of buttercream complete. It will be a perfect shade of gingerbread brown. You will then receive the following to make your house perfect -
- A container of our signature swiss meringue buttercream
- 1 x piping bag and 1 x round nozzle for piping
- A selection of lollies and sprinkles to decorate
- Instructions and tips to decorate your house!
Now although this is a gingerbread house, that doesn't mean you have to eat gingerbread. Our DIY house cake can be made in one of our three limited edition, Santa approved flavours -
Ultimate Gingerbread - caramel gingerbread cake, salted caramel, spiced biscuit crumb and vanilla buttercream
Summer Berries - vanilla raspberry cake, lemon curd, freeze dried blueberries and vanilla buttercream
Spiced Egg-Nog - vanilla cinnamon swirl cake, egg nog custard, nutmeg crunch and vanilla buttercream
Our gingerbread house cake will supply 20 coffee portions.
Ordering for Christmas Day? All Miss Trixie Christmas orders will be delivered / available for collection on Wednesday 24th December. Collection is from the Co.Bake Space, 239 Swan St Richmond and collection hours will be strictly 8:00am - 12:00pm. We cannot promise specific delivery windows in December, as we expect to be heavily booked. Opt to collect if you need your goodies by a certain time!

Our cakes are made by humans, not robots. Which means your buttercream colour, lollies or sprinkles may vary to what is pictured. But that's what makes her unique and special!
If you opt for delivery, our delivery window is between 9am and 4pm, Tuesday – Saturday. Ideally someone is home to receive the cake, but if not, please let us know in the comments where we need to take it! We will leave deliveries in a safe space, if there is indeed a safe space to do so! Please note, during the warmer months, the cake will need to get inside to its cooler home of the fridge. We cannot promise specific delivery times so please opt to collect if you need the cake by a certain time, we don't want your cake missing the party!

Tues - Friday: 9am - 4pm
Saturday: 8am - 10am
