All our cakes are prepared with the very best coz Miss Trix is SUCH an ingredient snob. Honestly, try managing her suppliers, it's a full time job. We're talking free range eggs, Australian milled flour, rich creamy butter, full cream milk, Callebaut chocolate, Petite Ingredient Edible Flowers — you get the idea.

Chocolate Sour Cream Cake 

Dark chocolate (54%), cocoa, coffee, sour cream, butter, brown sugar, vanilla, eggs, plain flour, bi-carb soda.

Coconut Cake
Butter, sugar, vanilla bean paste, coconut, self-raising flour, full cream milk, eggs. 

Caramel Mud Cake 
White chocolate, brown sugar, butter, golden syrup, vanilla bean paste, flour, salt, eggs. 

White Chocolate Raspberry
Unsalted butter, full cream milk, caster sugar, white chocolate, vanilla bean paste, plain flour, eggs, raspberries.


Cake Fillings

Crisp pearls™:
Milk chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter 29%, whole milk powder, whey powder, cocoa mass, emulsifier, soya lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring), crisped cereals (wheat flour, sugar, malt flour, wheat starch, raising agent E500ii, vegetable fat, salt, natural vanilla), sugar, glucose syrup, modified starch.

Lemon curd (made by Miss Trixie, duh!): 
Lemon juice, lemon zest, sugar, butter, eggs 

Passionfruit curd (made by Miss Trixie, duh!): 
Passionfruit puree, sugar, butter, eggs 

Dulce de Leche (boiled by Miss Trixie, duh):
Sweetened condensed milk (milk, sugar).

Funfetti Crunch: 
Vanilla buttercake (sugar, butter, vanilla bean paste, eggs, milk, flour, bi-carb soda, baking powder), 100's & 1000's, brown sugar, butter 

Biscoff (Lotus Biscoff Spread): 
Original Caramelised Biscuits 58% (Wheat Flour, Sugar, Vegetable Oils, Candy Sugar Syrup, Raising Agent (Sodium Hydrogen Carbonate), Soy Flour, Salt, Cinnamon), Vegetable Oil, Sugar, Emulsifier (Soy Lecithin), Acid (Citric Acid)

Honeycomb:
Honey, sugar, glucose (gluten free), bicarb soda, water.

Jams:
Fruit, sugar, cane sugar, concentrated lemon juice, fruit pectin.


Frosting

We make Swiss Meringue Buttercream, because we think it's super creamy, super delicious and mildly addictive. SMB also makes your cakes look shit hot! 

Caster sugar, egg whites, butter, vanilla, salt, colourings (red 3, yellow 5, blue 1)


Cookies
Please note the cookie monster has approved these ingredients. 

Butter, brown sugar, castor sugar, eggs, plain flour, baking soda, sea salt, dark couverture chocolate (54%), white chocolate callets (sugar, cocoa butter min 28%, whole milk powder, emulsifier, soya lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring)

Miss Trix LOVES a good sprinkle. A good sprinkling of sprinkles.
