Gingerbread slice

I've never heard of a gingerbread slice before. But I have heard of gingerbread and slices and Christmas, so it made sense to marry all of these factors together. 

What is gingerbread slice you say? Imagine the softest, cakiest, dulce de leche laced slice you can. Now imagine the deliciousness of caramelised white chocolate and ginger and bring it all together. That my friends, is our gingey slice. 

Our slice is pre-cut for you to easily distribute to your friends and family, with each piece decorated smarties for buttons.

Gingey slice will keep for up to 4 days, when transferred to an air-tight container. Please note that our slice is unique and each slice may look slightly different and vary to the next. 

Unfortunately our Gingerbread slice cannot be made gluten free. 

Ordering for Christmas Day? All Miss Trixie Christmas orders will be delivered / available for collection on Tuesday 24th December. Collection is from the Co.Bake Space, 239 Swan St Richmond and collection hours will be strictly 8:00am - 12:00pm. We cannot promise specific delivery windows in December, as we expect to be heavily booked. Opt to collect if you need the cake by a certain time!
