Have A Lolly Jolly Christmas

Now I'm not one to have favourites, I love all my cake designs equally* but this year, this is the one. This is my favourite simply because I think it may heighten my chances of connecting with Michael Buble. I think if enough people buy this cake and tag him, then maybe he'll see? Let's all try together shall we?! It'll be a Christmas miracle! 

Two notes on this cake! 
1. If you order the 7 inch, the word Christmas will be shortened to Xmas - aka go for the big one to be grammatically correct.
2. The lollies will vary. They just will. Let's not lose sleep over it. 

Our Christmas cakes are available in three limited edition, Santa approved flavours  - 

Gingerbread Crunch - caramel gingerbread cake, dulce de leche, spiced biscuit crumb, caramel crisp pearls

Aussie Pav - white chocolate cake, passionfruit curd, mango syrup, fresh summer berries, raspberry meringue (can be made GF on request)

Santa’s Milk and Cookies - white chocolate cake, cookies and cream buttercream, condensed milk soak, white crisp pearls

Ordering for Christmas Day? All Miss Trixie Christmas orders will be delivered / available for collection on Tuesday 24th December. Collection is from the Co.Bake Space, 239 Swan St Richmond and collection hours will be strictly 8:00am - 12:00pm. The flavours have been designed to last until Christmas Day - simply refrigerate until the 25th and take out of the fridge 3 - 4 hours prior to serving. We cannot promise specific delivery windows in December, as we expect to be heavily booked. Opt to collect if you need the cake by a certain time!

We have chosen Challenge this year as the extended Miss Trixie family has been directly impacted by children’s cancer this year - so this year, Challenge has a special place in my heart.
