What is gingerbread slice you say? Imagine the softest, cakiest, gingery slice you can, with notes of gorgeous caramel. We've had gingerbread slice for the last couple of years, but I'm certain this year is our best tasting. And cutest looking!
Our slice is pre-cut for you to easily distribute to your friends and family, with each piece hand piped with vanilla buttercream.

Gingey slice will keep for up to 4 days, when transferred to an air-tight container. Please note that our slice is unique and each slice may look slightly different and vary to the next.
Unfortunately our Gingerbread slice cannot be made gluten free.
Ordering for Christmas Day? All Miss Trixie Christmas orders will be delivered / available for collection on Wednesday 24th December. Collection is from the Co.Bake Space, 239 Swan St Richmond and collection hours will be strictly 8:00am - 12:00pm. We cannot promise specific delivery windows in December, as we expect to be heavily booked. Opt to collect if you need your goodies by a certain time!
Miss Trixie is donating $1 from every Christmas order placed to My Room; a volunteer led charity that aims to fight childhood cancer. We have chosen My Room this year as the extended Miss Trixie family has been directly impacted by children’s cancer this year - so My Room hold a very special place in our hearts.

Our cakes are made by humans, not robots. Which means your buttercream colour, lollies or sprinkles may vary to what is pictured. But that's what makes her unique and special!
If you opt for delivery, our delivery window is between 9am and 4pm, Tuesday – Saturday. Ideally someone is home to receive the cake, but if not, please let us know in the comments where we need to take it! We will leave deliveries in a safe space, if there is indeed a safe space to do so! Please note, during the warmer months, the cake will need to get inside to its cooler home of the fridge. We cannot promise specific delivery times so please opt to collect if you need the cake by a certain time, we don't want your cake missing the party!

Tues - Friday: 9am - 4pm
Saturday: 8am - 10am

Alice is the best cake maker in Melbourne. She did our wedding cake and we were thrilled - it looked beautiful but tasted even better.
